The form of this piece takes direction from exposing/exploding traditional jointing methods. Where typically hidden, the morticed and dovetailed joints are exposed and celebrated.

Use of negative space and material choice, allow this design to simultaneously be contemporary and light in form, whilst paying homage to traditional cabinet making through its construction methods and material choices.
